South African furniture company based in Paarl, producing quality leather & wood furniture since 2003 Gerhard van Deventer, the owner of Incanda Furniture, grew up on a farm near Swellendam, in the Southern Cape. Having always had an entrepreneurial spirit, he started his own business after completing his studies and initially established himself in the leather and skins wholesaling industry.

After getting numerous requests from his leather customers for upholstered products he decided to yield to his creative instincts and start his own exclusive leather upholstery.
