WIN a R10,000 Summer Shopping Spree!

By participating in the “Summer Holiday Vibes” competition (“Competition”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1. Eligibility:
   The Competition is open to all South African residents.
   Employees of Menlyn Maine Central Square, their affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
   Visit the Menlyn Maine Central Square Piazza.
   Take a photo at the designated Instagrammable PLAY PIECES. Post the photo on Instagram, tagging @centralsquaremenlynmaine and using the hashtags #MenlynMaineCentralSquare and #ILoveMenlynMaine.
3. Competition Period:
   The Competition ends on 20 December 2024.
4. Prize:
   One (1) winner will receive a R10,000 Gift Card for shopping spree at Menlyn Maine Central Square.
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection:
   A panel of judges will select the winner based on creativity and originality.
   The judges’ decision is final.
6. Winner Notification:
   The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
   The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and address.
7. General Terms:
   By entering the Competition, you grant Menlyn Maine Central Square the right to use your photo for marketing and promotional purposes.
   Menlyn Maine Central Square reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
   Menlyn Maine Central Square is not responsible for any technical difficulties or other issues that may affect your participation in the Competition.
   Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menlyn Maine Central Square from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Competition.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
